An intense and effective way to combine aerobic and anaerobic exercise in one class. This class is for the individual that wants a great workout with cardio conditioning, speed drills, plus strength training and toning. This class is great for the individual who wants to work on their endurance. |

A hearty, hour cardio conditioning class that will enhance your cardiovascular system along with muscular endurance and strength. This class offers a variety of different forms of building cardio endurance through step, kickboxing, floor aerobics and much, much more. |
